Establishing an Estonian company (private limited company, LLC) for an Estonian e-resident with a valid e-residency card. The package includes online registration of an Estonian company, filling in the necessary data in the company registry, submitting the data to the company registry within 1 day of receiving a digital signature from the founder, address service for 1 year and contact person service for 1 year. The package price does not include the state fee for company registration.
