In the Republic of Estonia, every legal entity must have a registered legal address, it cannot simply be a mailbox address.
Upon prior agreement with the client, we open the letters received by the client (max. up to 5 pieces per month), scan and forward them to the client’s email address.
All legal entities registered in Estonia whose owner/board member is a foreigner and the person residing abroad must be the designated contact person.
